Floor: 1,380 sq ft. Walls: 276 sq ft. Total: ~$8,700.
4. Competition-size academy — 2,320 sq ft (Next Level BJJ)
40′ × 58′ floor + 58′ × 6′ wall mats with centered logo.

5. Commercial gym — 1,200 sq ft of rubber flooring
30′ × 40′ gym rubber tiles (100×100cm), 20mm thick. Free weight and cardio floor.
