- Production starts once you approve the design and pay 100% upfront. Production takes 1–2 weeks.
- Shipping takes another 8–12 weeks depending on destination.
- You can’t cancel after you approve final production.
- Limited lifetime warranty on any material or manufacturing defect.
- If shipping damages your mats we’ll repair or replace at our discretion.

Custom Order Terms & Conditions
By completing an order with ATX MATS Inc., you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
Production & Delivery
You are purchasing mats FACTORY DIRECT. Once your design is approved and payment is made, ATX MATS Inc. will start production in 1–4 days (excluding holidays).
ATX MATS Inc. will complete production in 1–2 weeks and send images and video for your approval (excluding holidays). ATX Mats Inc. will manufacture your mats exactly per the approved design, which is based on measurements provided by the customer. ATX Mats Inc. is NOT liable for any discrepancy if the measurements provided are in any way inaccurate.
Once approved, ATX MATS Inc. will package and load the container for delivery to the port to meet the next available sailing date.
Cancellation
Your order cannot be canceled or refunded once post-production approval is granted. Once sent to the port, ATX MATS Inc. has ZERO ability to control or influence the shipment until it is delivered.
Shipping & Lead Times
Standard lead times after production: LA — 8 weeks, HOU — 10 weeks, NWK — 12 weeks.
ATX MATS Inc. will arrange shipping to port, sailing, pickup, trans-load, and delivery, all of which is provided by third-party service providers and outside of our control once booked. ATX MATS Inc. is neither responsible nor liable for delays of any kind throughout the shipping process but will provide notice of and reason for any delays. ATX MATS Inc. is neither responsible nor liable for damage incurred during the shipping process but will work to repair or replace any damage at ATX MATS Inc.’s sole discretion.
Adhesive & Installation
ATX MATS Inc. uses a proprietary and Patent Pending adhesive on mat seams to ensure a tight fit that is 5× stronger than hook & loop. This adhesive strip may move in transit due to stacking pressure and temperature fluctuations. Replacement at install may be required. ATX MATS will send you extra adhesive material free of charge as needed.
Warranties
ATX Mats Inc. guarantees that your mats will be delivered as designed and approved. If the mats vary from what was designed and approved, ATX Mats Inc. will repair or replace in part or whole at its discretion.
ATX Mats Inc. warrants all products to be free from material and manufacturing defects. ATX Mats Inc. has a limited lifetime warranty: any failure in material or workmanship that cannot be reasonably considered normal wear and tear will be repaired or replaced at ATX Mats Inc.’s sole discretion.
ATX Mats cannot guarantee exact color tone match between wall and floor mats.
ATX Mats may at its sole discretion add mat length to some mats to cover for inconsistencies between blueprints and actual mat areas. Any extra length allows for fitting the mats to the varied space with minimal cutting at installation. Any extra length is not considered a manufacturing defect.
