Sprung subfloors — birch-plywood decks riding on coil springs with rubber bases — built to the exact shape of your room. Every spring floor is a custom design-and-make job: no preset sizes and no fixed panel dimensions. Draw the room in the designer and the factory builds the deck.
Built for

Martial Arts Academies
A sprung deck under the mats for judo throws, BJJ takedowns and dynamic partner work.
How it’s built

The deck is a subfloor. A mat goes on top — a roll-out for a competition surface, or drop-in panels for a reconfigurable one — and the mat carries the texture, color and logo. Add the mats to the same order and the designer combines the quote at bundle pricing.

FAQ
Do you sell fixed-size spring floors?
No. Every spring floor is built to the shape you draw.
Do I need mats on top?
Yes — the sprung deck is a subfloor. Ordering the mats with the spring floor puts the deck on bundle pricing.
Are these made in the USA?
No. ATX Mats are designed in Texas and manufactured overseas; the shipping label carries the country of origin required by law.
