FACTORY DIRECT: You are purchasing mats FACTORY DIRECT.

Once design is approved & payment is made, ATX MATS Inc. will start production in 1-4 days (excluding holidays).
ATX MATS Inc. will complete production in 1-2 weeks and send images and video for your approval (excluding holidays.
ATX Mats Inc. will manufacture your mats exactly per the approved design which is based on measurements provided by the customer.
ATX Mats Inc. is NOT liable for any discrepancy if the measurements provided are in any way inaccurate.
Once approved, ATX MATS Inc. will package and load the container for delivery to the port to meet the next available sailing date.

CANCELLATION: Your order cannot be canceled or refunded once post production approval is granted.
Once sent to the port ATX MATS Inc. has ZERO ability to control or influence the shipment until it is delivered.
Standard lead times are LA- 4wks, HOU – 6wks, NWK – 8wks.  ATX MATS Inc. will arrange for shipping to port, sailing, pickup, trans-load, and delivery, all of which is provided by 3rd party service providers & outside of our control once booked.
ATX MATS Inc. is neither responsible nor liable for delays of any kind throughout the shipping process but will provide notice of and reason for any delays.
ATX MATS Inc. is neither responsible nor liable for damage incurred during the shipping process but will work to repair or replace any damage at ATX MATS Inc. sole discretion. 
ATX MATS Inc. uses a proprietary & ‘Patent Pending’ adhesive on mat seams to ensure a tight fit that is 5X stronger than hook & loop. This adhesive strip may move in transit due to stacking pressure and temperature fluctuations.  Replacement at install may be required.
ATX MATS will send you extra adhesive material free of charge as needed.

WARRANTIES: ATX Mats Inc. guarantees that your mats will be delivered as designed and approved.  If the mats vary from what was designed and approved, ATX Mats Inc will repair or replace in part or whole at its discretion.
ATX Mats Inc. warrants all products to be free from material and manufacturing defects.
ATX Mats Inc. has a limited lifetime warranty: any failure in material or workmanship that cannot be reasonably considered normal wear and tear will be repaired or replaced at ATX Mats Inc. sole discretion.
ATX Mats Inc. offers a limited lifetime warranty on all of its products (“ATX Mats Warranty”). 

Custom Mats – Limited Warranty

• 100% repair or replacement in years 1, 2, 3
• 50% repair or replacement in year 4
• 25% repair or replacement in year 5

ATX Mats Inc warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials or workmanship with proper installation and normal use and care for the warranty period stated above. ATX Mats Inc will repair or replace a mat during the warranty period. ATX Mats Inc reserves the right to determine if a defect is caused by workmanship, material, or some other reason. The determination of repair or replace will be the sole responsibility of ATX Mats Inc.

The Warranty is only valid if:

• The mat has been subjected to normal use for which the mat was intended, and the mat has been cared-for on a regular basis 
• The mat has not been subjected to vandalism, misuse, neglect, accident, extended improper storage, nor has the mat been altered in any way.

The Warranty is subject to normal wear and tear of the mat with normal use. The Warranty does not cover any cosmetic changes to the mat, such as scuff marks, denting or compression from handling or storage, and any fading or marring of the mat.

Return and replacement freight of any valid warranty claim is covered as follows:

• ATX Mats Inc will pay 100% of the return and/or replacement freight if the valid warranty claim is made during the first year after the mat was purchased;
• ATX Mats Inc will pay 50% of the return and/or replacement freight if the valid warranty claim is made during the second or third years after the mat was purchased;
• The customer is responsible for paying all return and/or replacement freight after the third year following the date the mat was purchased.

ATX Mats Inc reserves the exclusive right to consider all warranty claims submitted by its customers and to make warranty claim decisions on a case-by-case basis in the sole discretion of the company.
