Ordering & Design
How do I order custom mats?
Use our design tool to spec your size, color, texture, logo, and any wall mats. Submit for a quote and we’ll email you a final price (including shipping) within 24 hours. Once you approve, we start production.
How long from design to delivery?
After payment: production takes 1–2 weeks, then ocean shipping adds 8–12 weeks depending on destination (LA ~8wk, Houston ~10wk, Newark ~12wk). Total: 10–14 weeks door-to-door.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, effectively ~100 sq ft per product. Below that, shipping costs overtake savings. For small quantities, check our Amazon store.
Can I see color samples before ordering?
Yes. Email info@atxmats.com with your shortlist (by catalog code, e.g. CO-04 for rubber flooring) and we’ll mail samples.
Products & Options
What thickness should my mats be?
BJJ, Judo, Wrestling (throws and takedowns): 2″ / 5cm is standard. Drop-in panels for MMA / flex spaces: 2″ / 5cm. Gym flooring for free weights, cardio, machines: 15–50mm (0.6″–2″) depending on drop height. Wall mats: 1.25″ standard.
Can you cut mats to non-rectangular shapes?
Yes — this is our biggest differentiator. We cut to any shape in-factory: L-shapes, notched for columns, curved edges, room perimeter trim. Competitors send rigid panels and leave cutting to you. Upload a floor plan with your quote request and we’ll design the layout.
What’s the difference between Roll Out, Drop In, and Gym Flooring?
Roll Out Mats: large continuous PVC rolls for BJJ/Judo — seam-adhered for a permanent training floor. Drop In Mats: 1m × 2m panels, cut to any shape in-factory, loose-laid. Easier to move or reconfigure. Gym Flooring: rubber tiles/rolls for weights, cardio, and gym-function spaces. Much thinner than BJJ mats.
Can I add my logo or text?
Yes. Upload your logo in the designer’s Logo step; choose center, corner, or click-to-place. We manufacture logos as inlaid color panels — they’re part of the mat, not a surface decal.
Installation, Warranty & Shipping
Do you offer installation?
Yes, for an additional fee. Email info@atxmats.com with your project details and we’ll quote installation alongside the product quote. For self-install, we ship with extra adhesive and clear layout diagrams.
What’s your warranty?
Limited lifetime warranty on material and manufacturing defects. Any failure in workmanship beyond normal wear and tear is repaired or replaced at our discretion. Full terms at Custom Order Terms & Conditions.
What about damage in shipping?
Third-party shipping is outside our control, but we work to repair or replace any shipping damage at our discretion. Always inspect on delivery and document any issues with photos before signing.
Is the seam adhesive permanent?
Our patent-pending seam adhesive is 5× stronger than hook & loop. It can shift in transit from stacking pressure and temperature changes — replacement at install may be required. We ship extra adhesive free of charge so you can re-seat any affected seams.
Payment & Cancellation
How do I pay?
100% upfront via secure payment link (Chase). We’ll include the link on your final invoice.
Can I cancel my order?
Before post-production approval: yes, subject to any sunk production costs. After approval: no — the mats are in the shipping container and outside our control. See full terms at Custom Order Terms & Conditions.
