NFHS / NCAA Specifications
- NFHS circle: 28 ft outer diameter with a 10-ft starting circle inside, plus a 5-ft safety border.
- NCAA circle: 32 ft outer diameter with similar interior and safety zones.
- Section thickness: 1.625″–1.875″ foam, denser than BJJ/MMA mats.
- Antimicrobial vinyl top — staph-resistant, sweat-resistant, blood-cleanable.
Custom Logo & Color Schemes
School colors, mascot logos, and conference branding can all be heat-pressed into the vinyl top. Provide an .EPS or .AI vector file. Setup fee + per-mat pricing — quote in the designer.
Practice vs Tournament
- Practice: 38’×38′ or 42’×42′ single-piece roll-out, full-room cushion, no logos required.
- Tournament: Regulation circle + safety border, school logo center-circle. Must meet NFHS or NCAA wrestling federation standards.
- Folding home practice: 4×8 or 5×10 folding mats for home garages or basement rooms.
